Description
A beautifully illustrated, charming and funny rhyming book for all ages.
With the help of Barry the estate agent, Fred the church mouse, fearful his tower will tumble, looks around the village for somewhere new to live, including our delightful school, but does the headteacher like mice? Can Fred find a new home he can love like his beloved old church?
Or can Fred save his beautiful 800 year old village church from ruin and stop his tower from falling down?
Our school was originally built by the local Reverend in 1647 and remains a Church of England School. For over 350 years, our village children have taken part in countless school Nativities, Harvest and Easter services at our village church, Holy Trinity.
Holy Trinity Church in Thrussington is 800 years old. To restore it will cost £140k. Urgent stone work costing £50k must be done quicky to prevent the window falling out and the tower from tumbling.
The profit from this book about Fred the church mouse hopes to raise money to fix the tower and restore the church for our future generations..and Fred. Thank you very much for your support.
